Term of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By registering for and using this software, you agree to these Terms of Service and the associated Data Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Rightfile Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong SAR.
2. Data processing consent
You consent to the collection and processing of structured data you submit, including but not limited to: • Profile, including native identity declarations on home location, native verbal language and native written language • Period • Title • Mode • Task • Task detail This data is used solely to generate dashboards, comparisons, rankings and analytical outputs initiated by you.
3. User-controlled architecture
All data visibility, sharing, validation, and task assignment are initiated and controlled by you. The platform does not perform automated profiling, behavioural inference or third-party data processing. When initiating data sharing with another user, you agree to: • Declare that such sharing complies with all applicable confidentiality agreements or obligations you are subject to • Provide explicit consent for your employer or affiliated organization to obtain a copy of the shared data, if applicable.
4. Data storage and cross-border access
You consent to the transfer, storage, and access of your data in jurisdictions outside your country of residence, solely for the purpose of delivering the services you initiate. Your data is stored securely in infrastructure managed within legally compliant jurisdictions and may be accessed globally by authorized personnel. Users who declare a native identity that includes: • Mainland China as native home location • Mandarin as native verbal language • Simplified Chinese as native written language • Mainland China as current living location They are classified as mainland Chinese by origin. Personal data for these users is stored and processed within Mainland China, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL). This classification is based on the current combination of declared fields and may be updated by the user at any time.
5. Anonymous benchmarking and ranking
We may use anonymized and aggregated user data to generate comparative rankings and benchmarking outputs. These rankings are presented without reference to individual identity, origin classification, or personal profile details. Benchmarking outputs include data from both active and departed users. Departures do not alter existing benchmarking results. Users may apply filters to define benchmarks (for example, by jurisdiction, account status, or declared attributes), but the underlying dataset remains consistent. No individual user’s data is ever disclosed separately; all outputs are aggregated and anonymized. You agree that your submitted data may be used on an anonymous and aggregated basis for benchmarking and ranking purposes.
6. Account suspension
You accept that your account may be suspended without prior notice in cases of breach of terms, legal risk, or compliance concerns. In such cases, you will not receive a refund for the unexpired portion of your contract period.
7. Data legitimacy representation
To the best of your knowledge, you represent and warrant that all data you submit is accurate, legally obtained, and does not infringe on the rights of others.
8. Limitation of liability
You agree to assume full responsibility for outcomes arising from your use of the service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any claims for damages, including those arising from service limitations or negligence.
9. Security and integrity
We apply encryption, access controls and infrastructure safeguards to protect your data. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
10. Data retention upon termination
For the purposes of this Policy, the only personal identifiable information we collect and store is your email address, which serves as your unique username. Upon account termination, you may choose whether your data is retained or permanently deleted. If no preference is selected, data will be retained by default for potential reactivation unless otherwise required by law. Retained data is inert and used solely for reactivation convenience. It does not affect ongoing anonymous ranking or benchmarking outputs. If you choose deletion, your email address and name will be permanently deleted. All other data, including ages, and task records, is retained indefinitely in anonymized and aggregated form. Such data continues to contribute to rankings, benchmarking and system integrity. If you later rejoin, you may only log data from the new date of joining onward. The period between termination and rejoining will be marked as a break period. Logging any data for the break period requires payment of the applicable fee. If you choose retention, your historical data remains available. The historical period is reopened free of charge once all break‑period fees are paid. If you choose deletion, your historical data disappears permanently.
11. Historical logging and break periods
All brand new users may log data for periods prior to their initial registration date free of charge. If a user terminates their account and later rejoins, that user may only log data from the new date of joining onward. The period between termination and rejoining is defined as the break period. Logging any data within the break period requires payment of the applicable fee based on the current monthly rate. Historical data is always retained in anonymized and aggregated form for benchmarking. For returning users, historical data is reopened free of charge once all break‑period fees are paid, provided identifiers were retained. If identifiers were deleted, historical data cannot be restored to the account, though it continues to contribute anonymously to benchmarking outputs.
